@BofA_Help I asked for a manager and he said oh yeah we can change the rate. I haven't put anything on this card since they changed it. I was under the impression you can only change the rate for new transactions! No help there!!!

@BofA_Help This is William Cabble. I've had a credit card with B of A for many years with a regular rate that stayed the same always. I noticed when I was going through past statements that my interest rate is now a high variable rate. I called customer service with no help

@BankofAmerica I've got a Bank Of America credit card with a fixed rate interest for years and now they've decided to make my interest rate a much higher one and it fluctuates. Stinks! I guess someone with C.E.O. status needs a new boat. I'm fighting this. This stinks!

@Allstate Been with Allstate for over 20 years. Wind damage on roof and No coverage. Also they sent me a Floridians claim estimate by mistake. Not paying them anything for their roof either. In Good Hands, I think not!

Thunderbird Medical Center is making up their own prices for surgery. They're making me pay before surgery. 20% of their made up price. They don't know what the covered price for this surgery. They're rip offs!!!
