Three ClearSign Core™ M1 burners rated at 80 MMBtu/h each have officially made their way to a Fortune 500 midstream provider in West Texas. Following the July 1st order announcement, all three shipped last week.

ClearSign recently attended the annual AFRC Industrial Combustion where Venkatesh Iyer presented on the CFD validation and retrofit of our ultra-low NOx enclosed flare system for an existing customer.

The project demonstrated how our technology can be applied to existing equipment while delivering significant emissions reductions.

We’re proud to announce that we have been selected alongside @KernEnergyCA as one of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)'s Industrial Technologies Office (ITO) new projects for its Industrial Technology Validation (ITV) program!

As part of the project, ClearSign Core™ Gen 2 Flex Fuel Process Burners will be installed in a heater on the Kern Energy refinery in Bakersfield, CA. This will demonstrate our burner technology operating over a wide range of fuel gases and delivering ultra-low NOx emissions while allowing Kern Energy to use a refinery byproduct fuel gas to offset purchased natural gas consumption and reduce energy costs.

The project will include third-party validation of performance data through the DOE and @BerkeleyLab.
