Football fans don’t appreciate how valuable the “half turn” is. Some try to dismiss it as aesthetics simply because it’s aesthetically pleasing but anyone whose opinion is worth a damn, would never do that. It’s literally a football cheatcode for those who can do it consistently

I’ve seen this take multiple times and while some may think it’s logical to have smaller goals for women, their game is not disproportionately affected due to the goal size. If score lines were unnaturally high I’d get it. As it is, women’s games average a similar goal rate
