How Cleave knows a dividend landed.

Robinhood Stock Tokens don't send cash. They raise a multiplier on the token. Hold 1 SPY at 1.0017 and you hold 0.17% more stock than at launch.

Cleave reads that multiplier on chain and sorts every change:
· Small rise, up to 3%: a dividend. Streams to Dividend Token holders by balance.
· Clean ratio of 20% or more: a stock split. Both halves carry through untouched.
· Anything between: waits behind a public time delay before it can take effect.
