The interest in investing in sports is continuously growing. On top of that, tokenization of equities will be a megatrend in the next years to come. Chiliz is rightfully exploring equity-backed sports tokens, it could be a major growth sector. $CHZ
24 Questions for the @Chiliz & @KayenFinance teams:
1. When will Kayen publish the smart contract code so the community can audit it independently?
2. Can the Chiliz team and insiders publicly rule out using liquid staking themselves?
3. If any CHZ team members use liquid staking, will they treat stCHZ the same as regular CHZ for MiCA compliance?
4. Can Chiliz management confirm they will never exchange staked CHZ for stablecoins or sell staked CHZ directly into the market?
5. If stCHZ depegs and trades below CHZ, what mechanisms are in place to protect users?
6. Is there any insurance fund or over-collateralization backing stCHZ in case something goes wrong?
7. Will Chiliz publish a dashboard showing how much stCHZ is in circulation?
8. Although you state that Kayen is independent, you are heavily promoting it. Are you sharing any of the de-peg risk with them?
9. Can you verify the money flow between Chiliz and Kayen? Which parties are paying each other in this arrangement?
10. If staking rewards are variable and the value of stCHZ falls below CHZ, will Chiliz compensate users for any loss, or is it "you bear the risk"?
11. If Chiliz already holds a MiCA CASP licence and has published a compliant whitepaper, why didn't they launch liquid staking themselves as a regulated staking-as-a-service instead of routing everything through Kayen?
12. Under MiCA, a CASP providing staking services cannot use client assets for its own account. Does routing CHZ through an "independent" Kayen allow the Chiliz team or related entities to gain indirect exposure to staked CHZ that would otherwise be restricted?
13. Why is Chiliz heavily promoting Kayen liquid staking across their channels if they have no stake, control, or affiliation with the protocol, as they publicly stated?
14. If the real goal is simply to offer users more utility, why build this complex third-party structure instead of a native, fully transparent, MiCA-compliant liquid staking solution directly on Chiliz Chain?
15. Has Kayen undergone any independent smart contract audits, and if so, will those reports be published for the community to review?
16. Chiliz repeatedly states that Kayen is fully independent, yet Kayen's website uses Chiliz trademarks, calls itself "The Beating Heart of Chiliz," and heavily features Fan Token branding. Doesn't this extensive use of Chiliz's intellectual property create significant confusion among users about how truly independent the protocol actually is?
17. Chiliz holds a MiCA CASP licence and stresses regulatory compliance, yet routes liquid staking through an unaffiliated third party. Does this structure risk violating MiCA’s rules on client asset segregation and prohibition on using client assets for own account?
18. Under MiCA, CASPs providing staking services must remain liable for any loss of client crypto assets. If something goes wrong with Kayen’s liquid staking, who bears responsibility — Chiliz or the supposedly independent Kayen?
19. MiCA requires explicit client consent and strict rules when CASPs offer staking-as-a-service. By directing users to Kayen instead of offering it directly, is Chiliz attempting to circumvent these regulated staking obligations?
20. Given that Chiliz actively promotes Kayen across official channels while claiming zero affiliation, could this create a misleading impression to EU users that stCHZ is covered under Chiliz’s MiCA licence?
21. If Kayen goes bankrupt, enters administration, or becomes financially distressed, what happens to the underlying staked CHZ? Since the CHZ is locked in Kayen’s smart contracts and delegated to validators, would users still be able to recover their funds by burning stCHZ, or could the assets become entangled in Kayen’s insolvency proceedings?
22. If Kayen’s treasury or operational funds are frozen due to a regulatory breach, hack, or legal action, would this impact users’ ability to redeem their stCHZ?
Could the frozen assets prevent the protocol from functioning normally and block withdrawals even though the actual staked CHZ is held separately on-chain?
23.Who actually controls the validator keys for the staked CHZ? If Kayen is truly independent, does Chiliz have any visibility or influence over who the validators are?
24. If Kayen decides to suddenly change their fee structure or introduce new fees, what protections do stCHZ holders have, or is it completely at Kayen’s discretion?

We are entering the era of Autonomous AI Agents for sports, but they face one major roadblock: AI can't put a Visa card on file to pay for traditional API subscriptions.
I built Sport402 to solve this. We took the original HTTP 402 standard and evolved it into the x402 protocol on @Chiliz empowering AI agents to autonomously discover and pay for live sports data per-request using $CHZ.
The goal is to make the Chiliz blockchain the ultimate infrastructure layer for Sports AI, creating massive new utility for $CHZ through high-speed, machine-to-machine micro-payments! #Web3 #AIart️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️

Liquid staking has arrived on Chiliz Chain, introducing a more flexible way to stake and participate across the ecosystem.
Staking $CHZ gives you $stCHZ, a liquid token representing your staked position. Your $CHZ continues earning rewards, while $stCHZ allows you to remain liquid across DeFi.

Chiliz Buy-and-Burn: Time to Show the Receipts
@Chiliz / @socios / @alex_dreyfus
Chiliz has been promoting its 10% Fan Token revenue buy-and-burn program as a virtuous cycle that directly benefits $CHZ holders.
The problem? There's no proof it's actually happening as described.
The Core Issue
Instead of buying CHZ on the open market with revenue and then burning those tokens, Chiliz appears to simply burn tokens it already controls while keeping the cash.
This creates no real buying pressure and breaks the promised link between Fan Token success and $CHZ value.
What Transparency Is Missing
To verify the program is working as advertised,
Chiliz must immediately release for all previous burn periods:
The actual buy transaction hashes showing purchases on the open market.
The wallet addresses used to make these buys.
A clear breakdown of how the 10% figure is calculated — which revenue sources and exact amounts.
Without these three pieces of information, holders cannot tell the difference between genuine market buys and internal token burns.
Why This Matters
Real open-market buying creates demand. Burning their own coins does not. Continuing without proof means holders are being asked to trust the mechanism rather than verify it — which goes against everything crypto stands for.
The demand is simple:
Show the receipts for all past burns. Publish the buy transactions, wallets, and revenue calculations. Until then, the program should be treated as unverified marketing rather than proven tokenomics.
"Financial sleight of hand at Chili's ???''
Time to show the receipts.
Chiliz keeps bragging about their 10% Fan Token revenue buy-and-burn for $CHZ.
Problem: they only show the burn txs, never the actual market buys.
No buy wallet, no transaction hashes from exchanges, no revenue breakdown.
Until they publish the receipts, this program is just marketing — not real buying pressure.
Show the wallets and buy transactions,
