They did put up scaffolding, with no notice, to block all natural light and in one more week will start paying penalties to the scaffold company if they leave it up. I would say utterly incompetent

Outstanding since 2018 and that’s just the re-pointing. The rest of the work required to my neighbours flat is outstanding since 2014!!
