3 years in web3 now, still going.
started with barely any idea what i was doing, learned most of it by actually being in the trenches, not from a course. got my x account suspended along the way trying to figure out how this space actually works, had to rebuild from nothing more than once. that part still stings a little when i think about it, but it taught me more than any smooth run would have

what's kept me here isn't the money side, it's genuinely the people. met friends in this space i wouldn't have met anywhere else, some of the most real conversations i've had came from a random discord server, not a conference

right now i'm a content creator across a few web3 projects, inner circle member at syndicate, ambassador at nitro machines and beanbee, still pushing daily, still not where i want to be yet

if there's one thing i actually believe after 3 years: consistency beats talent in this space almost every time. i've seen way more people burn out chasing the next shiny project than people who just kept showing up to one thing
still climbing, this is just where i'm at right now.

Ever notice how "web3 game" usually translates to "pay first, find out if it's fun later"? I've clicked out of more of those than I've stuck around for.

@nitromachines didn't ask for that. Started racing, no wallet, no purchase, nothing to unlock first. A few weeks in and turns out ownership was never the entry fee, it's just what happens once you've actually put in the reps. They're calling it Proof of Play: skill, progression, participation earning it instead of a mint transaction.

worth saying plainly though, there's no third party audit completed yet, just internal testing and a bug bounty program. not a red flag this early, but it's the detail i'd want anyone reading this to actually know before putting real money in, even on testnet.

still just exploring for now, haven't deposited into a note myself yet. but this is the first project in a while that made me stop scrolling and actually read the mechanism instead of skimming the marketing.

digging further into the token side, sNOTE staking has a detail i haven't seen dressed up as a feature before. repurchased NOTE gets streamed to stakers over seven days instead of dropped all at once in a single event. so ask yourself, what's the one thing every sandwich attack needs? a single moment to target. remove the single moment, and there's nothing left to front run.
