@MargotxAerith I've been on FF7 Twitter since around 2020-2021 and it's still very volatile here. I mostly lurk now and occasionally re-tweet or comment on stuff, but I still see CA getting harassed for not just blindly going along with the "popular" ship despite tons of evidence in our favor.

@Goldenforce772 @Genki_JPN Remake has amazing graphics, phenomenal voice acting, beautiful character models, and easier to use battle system, and a more fleshed out world. It makes sense why they would push players who have yet to play toward the new, more polished product.

@Goldenforce772 @Genki_JPN Sadly, most modern audiences who haven't played FF7 would likely be turned off by playing the OG first. Sure, to us older fans it's one of the greatest games of all time, but new players would probably see it as outdated and might not be willing to give it a chance.
