🔒 The White House has issued an executive order on advanced AI innovation and security, focused on cybersecurity, frontier AI and voluntary government-industry collaboration.
The order calls for stronger federal cyber defenses, expanded AI-enabled cybersecurity tools and closer coordination with industry on covered frontier models.
NAIA CEO Caleb Max (@CalebMaxVA10) said:
“Frontier AI and cybersecurity are now central to U.S. competitiveness and national security. The White House says this executive order would advance voluntary government-industry collaboration on advanced AI cybersecurity, and the details will matter.
Any framework must protect intellectual property, preserve innovation and work for companies of all sizes.
Congress must pass one clear federal standard that protects Americans across state lines, supports responsible deployment and ends the conflicting patchwork of state AI laws.”

🚨 We're just a week away from US AI Congress at the National Press Club. It brings together delegations from all 50 states, international partners, the White House, NVIDIA, policymakers, founders and investors. Attendees will help write the next chapter of American AI.
Our CEO Caleb Max (@CalebMaxVA10) takes the stage on May 27 for the "Advancing American Competitiveness in AI" session, making the case for policy that removes barriers to innovation, builds trust in AI, and keeps the U.S. leading.

According to @elonmusk estimate,
If Democratic fraud was completely eliminated, NO AMERICANS MAKING LESS THAN $500,000 Dollars WOULD HAVE TO PAY TAXES!!
🚨The White House has released its national AI framework proposal, setting direction for federal legislation and reinforcing the need for a single, consistent federal approach over a patchwork of state laws. The proposal would:
• Give parents stronger tools over privacy, screen time, content, and accounts, while requiring safety features for AI services used by minors
• Seek to prevent AI infrastructure from raising household power costs, speed permitting, combat AI-enabled scams, and support small-business adoption
• Support protections against infringing AI outputs and unauthorized replicas, while leaving core fair-use questions to the courts
• Prevent federal pressure on AI platforms to suppress lawful speech and give Americans a way to challenge censorship
• Expand sandboxes, access to federal datasets, and AI deployment through existing expert agencies and industry-led standards, not a new regulator
• Integrate AI training into education and workforce programs and expand technical assistance and youth development
Our CEO Caleb Max (@CalebMaxVA10) said:
"The National Artificial Intelligence Association applauds the Trump administration for proposing a national AI framework for Congress to debate and consider this year.
America’s AI industry needs one rulebook, not fifty. NAIA and our hundreds of members across the nation have been calling for a clear national standard that gives innovators the confidence to build, invest, and scale.
The framework is a strong starting point and reflects a pro-innovation approach that supports responsible AI deployment, streamlines AI infrastructure, and relies on existing agencies with expertise rather than creating new layers of bureaucracy.
A patchwork of state laws with fragmented compliance requirements has created unnecessary barriers to innovation and weakened America’s ability to compete globally in AI.
The framework’s support for AI infrastructure and for small businesses through grants, tax incentives, and technical assistance shows this Administration recognizes AI leadership cannot be limited to the largest companies.
We will continue working with Congress and the White House to turn this framework into law. Our national security, economic competitiveness, and global leadership rely on getting this done this year."

🎙️ We are pleased to launch our new AI on Capitol Hill series, featuring one-on-one conversations with influential Members of Congress on AI policy shaping debate in Washington. Our CEO @CalebMaxVA10 is speaking with both Democrats and Republicans who are helping shape that discussion.
We begin the series with @RepBillFoster of Illinois. He is the only Ph.D. physicist in Congress and serves on the House Financial Services and Science, Space, and Technology committees. His deep background in physics, semiconductors, high-speed electronics, and digital integrated circuit design brings rare technical depth to the AI policy debate.
In this conversation, Congressman Foster shares his views on the White House’s new AI framework, whether Congress’s committee structure reflects today’s technology-driven economy, and the AI coding tool he uses himself.

Yes, California has the highest cost of living in the country, and yes, state and local politicians are so incompetent that they let two cities burn to the ground, but at least there’s also rampant fraud that the Democratic Party does nothing about
So we’ve got that going for us
