I would definitely downgrade the storage to 2TB and the CPU to the 9800x3D and the windows 11 pro to regular windows 11 or better yet cachyos or garuda os linux=free oh and the motherboard to an B650and GPU me personally I wouldn't spend 1400 on an 5080 I would find the cheapest 5080 model if possible or just buy the RX 9070 XT.
