@UPS doesn’t care about customers’ health. They delivered MEDICALLY NECESSARY supplies to the wrong address. Now being sent back to sender. All I got was, “call the sender”. No accountability, no attempt to resolve it. Who cares if I end up in the hospital? Certainly not @UPS

@UPS @UPS have spoken with 4 agents who all promised me a call from the local facility within the hour. It’s four hours later, and not a call to be had. At what point does my life and my health matter to you? Your screw ups have greatly and potentially gravely impacted my health.

@DannyShireyPGH I don’t disagree. But look at the height discrepancies of Trouba and who he has “hurt”. Their heads are his shoulder height. I hate seeing guys get hurt, but it seems clean… what do you change?
