@united On April 2, 2026, on flight SYD to LAX (Seat 55F), a flight attendant spilled hot coffee on me, saturating my pants and seat, the crew’s response was completely unacceptable. I was denied a fresh blanket, told to clean the mess with my own, and forced to sit in wet seat.
