ARTICLE | 8 Main Character Deaths That Killed Great TV Shows
"If only Lexa had been given the role she deserved, The 100 wouldn't have ended up becoming such a mess." - @whatculture

@ThatAldenDiaz If we're talking about lead characters, maybe. If we're talking about minority characters who barely make it beyond stereotypical representation, hardly. If their story is disingenuous, it matters. Fictional or not... https://t.co/L5LajToO2y
i'm sorry i know yesterday was a day of celebration and appreciation but it was also a devastating reminder that she died. she was only 22, she didn't get to grow up, she never knew peace, she didn't get her someday. and ill forever be bitter about it
i miss her so much my heart is physically in pain, why did you kill her??? @JRothenbergTV you created a character so unbelievably loved and once you had that, you decided to take it from us. you couldn't handle her being more famous than you.
she's everything, you're just jason
Just remember that it wasn’t really Lexa. Rothenberg could’ve made amends but chose homophobia. He may have confirmed #Clexa but didn’t allow them their more than well-deserved reunion on screen. Our fight is not over! NEVER FORGET LEXA
It's been so long now since she came into my life, but I could never forget Lexa. There are pieces of her everywhere and so many things would be different without her. I have lots of beautiful memories bc of her, and she's impacted me immensely, and nothing can ever change that.
Your monthly reminder: #Lexa still matters and her fate can still be rewritten. 91 MONTHS WITHOUT LEXA but we keep her alive, keep reminding others of her legacy, for as long as necessary! #LexaMatters#LexaSpinoff#Clexa
91 months without Lexa, but we still come together twice every year to honor and celebrate her and to commemorate everything she stands for, because she stands for so much and it's all still important. There is not another character like her.
Alycia doing a spinoff of a spinoff & returning to play Alicia would be a step back imo.
Returning as Lexa is ofc my preference to put it mildly. It cannot be argued that Lexa is iconic & important representation both to the LGBT community & pop culture in general.
Celebrating Lexa the other day warmed my heart so much. Made me realize how important the traditions of the fans are. It’s not just an excuse to celebrate, it’s a way to remember. To honor and carry on Lexa’s legacy in the way that she would be most proud: together.

Fun fact: #Lexa appeared, was mentioned, or was shown in a flashback in a total of 52 episodes of #The100, according to The 100 Wiki on @getFANDOM - that's over half of the total episodes, and @DebnamCarey had the last line of the show. Minor character? Nah! NEVER FORGET LEXA
It would've been so easy to have (the real) Lexa in the finale and reunited with Clarke, be it by 'transcending' or by 'pulling an Emori' or any number of creative plot twists in line with the show's questionable canon. Never forget Lexa or what should have been...
