@btbusinesscare now 12 days and still have no 4G assure dongle or router. Multiple complaints raised with no resolution. Router sent without correct address so 4th router now ordered. Trying to get a 4G dongle now for 4th time also. No care involved here
I have been through this multiple times and a manager is having to now cancel the order and reorder to be able to send out the router and dongle. There was now no benefit to ordering 4G assure as I will have lost nearly 2 weeks when it arrives.
@btbusinesscare I signed up for 4G assure to minimise business interruption. 7 days now since order and your business team don’t know when I will receive router or 4G dongle! Multiple calls and nobody can help. Your website says will be sent when order placed, hasn’t happened
