@SoFi REALLY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been waiting for an application approval for 11 days now! Iβve been told by 4 different employees (2 whom were account managers) tell me i would be receiving a call from them personally within 24 hours. NONE OF THEM HAVE CALLED!
