Do not use this scum bag company. They left me stranded at the airport for a small crack in my license which I didnt know was there. TSA accepted the same ID and another company scanned it just fine. Left me at the Tampa airport for this small defect. SCUM

@Enterprise 5 calls to chase up the refund promised by your Braintree branch. Was told it will take 5 working days, 3 weeks later still no refund ! . 3 calls to Braintree ,2 to customer service, escalated to area manager, promised a call, still waiting, get it sorted.
@enterprisecares Pay extra to rearrange. Pay extra to not have to pay 5k if there's 2 bits of accidental damage to the vehicle. the price for the rental is never what you see, you're threatened with extortionate prices unless you pay more.
It's a joke. 5k is 10% of the overall vaue of the van.
Dicho esto. No alquiléis coches en @Enterprise. No sabes si van a cumplir el servicio pagado, y luego se desentienden a la hora de devolver lo que te han cobrado, por un servicio que no te han dado. Lo que no sé es cómo siguen operando. Esto pasó en la delegación de León-RENFE.
