Thank you for waiting. Our policy on this has recently changed. Securities trading under $1 are no longer counted as cleared equity to make incoming ACH transfers available for investment immediately. Your incoming transfer for $200 will be available in 3 days.

Etrades ACH transfer policy has changed recently. Previously I could instant transfer funds from my bank to my account and they would be available immediately.
I am less than happy with this new policy.
