We had an interesting time on the support worker induction discussing all things privacy and dignity last week. The fundamentals that can make all the difference when people feel vulnerable in hospital. @pattiwhite999@LancsHealthAcad#HCSW#CareCertificate
This is such a regressive step - I've accessed PHP three times over my training with severe clinical depression. Being able to access rapid psychiatric care was instrumental in my recovery and got me back to work sooner than if this service wasn't available. Total false economy.
Fantastic day on the Anticipatory Clinical Management Planning Training, thank you to Dr Kate Stewart for leading this day, Liz Midwinter, Donna Peat and the Sim team for helping facilitate. What a great day had by all-amazing feedback🤩@SarahC_RN@LaurenOBri_en@SisterScrappy
Person centred care today on our support worker induction. This group really embraced the opportunity to wear the gert aging suit and experience what is other people’s realities. @LancsHealthAcad#WeAreHCSWs#HCSW
