As we run to comment on the CQC report today. Please remember the little girl whose death led to this. Remember her Mummy and Daddy who miss her so much and let her death be the catalyst for actual change. She is not a statistic. Her name is Wynter.
The reality is that the Andrews family are not the only ones to suffer a loss as a consequence of the Trusts systemic failings. We welcome the CQC report and hope that now a real difference to maternal and baby safety comes. It is long overdue.
