Don’t feel dirty if there are instances when you would intervene someone’s lifting technique. We are genuinely curious to hear different thought processes.
Question for the Community:
If an athlete presents with “less than textbook” lifting technique, what is your process for deciding if or when to intervene?
Don’t know who needs to hear this, but your patient probably doesn’t need the 5 new exercises you just saw on social media.
The one you gave them is still working just fine.
