I actually kept my energy levels up and maintained good sleep throughout the fast. I was drinking 3L of water with potassium/sea salt and 1L of black coffee. This also kept the dreaded headaches away. For mental clarity, that happened around hr 50 and actually maintained into the following week. I also ran a strict 48hr refeed program as well. I’ll be doing these about 4x a year now.

This weekend I completed my first 72hr water fast. My last meal was at 11:30AM on Thursday and I ate again on Sunday at noon. That first 24-30hr was the hardest part, but for the way I feel this week, totally worth it! I think I’ll be doing this twice a year now.

Just got @Tesla FSD v14 Lite on my 22 M3P overnight. What an upgrade! Thanks, @elonmusk!

Pulled out of the garage and handled my gravel/grass driveway flawlessly. New speed profiles are much better. Standard was steady at 60-62 in a 55. Lane control feels way more human. Less center line hugging and smarter decisions overall. Smoother drive too on my 50mi commute!

No phantom braking but I noticed a few light brake pulses you can feel. Not enough to slow you down and will probably get used to it. Streak feature is neat and I like seeing the usage stats.

Didn’t test Auto Park this morning as I wanted to park in a specific spot.

Its incredible a 4 year old car just got a full brain transplant. Other car brands are locked into whatever tech they launched with. Tesla keeps updating the whole fleet.
Real test will be my drive home on a road v12.6 always struggled with. Will report back!
