We are talking a lot about business transformation at Deere - which we are calling "Solutions as a Service" or "SaaS". The basic idea is that we can unlock value for our customers much more rapidly through a pay per use model for cutting edge technology. The three advantages for our customers are: 1) lower upfront cost, 2) the customer only pays for what they need and, 3) the technology gets better over time.
