Going down to my bank and being on the phone for over 1 hour with tech support. The bank says you are blocking my verification message. Please I need this resolved @koodo

I purchased a prepaid plan. It has been almost 3 weeks and I'ce only been able to receive verification text messages from your company @koodo. I specifically need to verfiy my bank account via text. This is not the banks fault. See my comments to know what I've tried.

I've tried using the sim in an iPhone (I'm using a samsung galaxy A52).Checking blocked numbers. Using my @koodo number to verify by text using other accounts and apps. Verify by phone call.
