BTI360 was pleased to attend @INSAlliance's 2026 William Oliver Baker Award Dinner.
The evening honored The Hon. Chris Inglis, former Deputy Director of the National Security Agency, whose decades of service shaped the nation’s approach to cybersecurity, intelligence, and public‑private partnership.
In his remarks, Inglis underscored the importance of working across agencies and bridging government and industry to keep our country safe: “No one can achieve what all of us can.”
This month we celebrated another class graduating from our Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy is a 9-month program, designed to equip teammates with the knowledge, skills, and tools to become transformative leaders.
Congrats, leaders!
We had a great time welcoming our teammates' kids to the office last week. They played games, made bracelets, played Ping Pong, explored Lego robotics, did a scavenger hunt, and enjoyed lunch and treats.
Now we have to convince our kids that we don't eat ice cream and play games at work every day!
At BTI360, one of our core behaviors is “Grow Each Day.” Whether it's through certifications, conferences, graduate studies, or independent learning, ongoing learning growth is foundational to who we are.
This week, we’re excited to launch our 2025 Spring Training Days—a series of half and full-day workshops designed to help our teammates sharpen their skills, explore new ideas, and learn from each other. These sessions, hosted at the BTI360 office, provide our team with the knowledge to stay ahead.
If you’re an engineer looking for opportunities to grow and invest in yourself, apply today so you can be here for our next training event!
This fall GMU will be launching a master's degree in AI. It will be the first stand-alone degree offered by a public university in Virginia.

WWII codebreaker Betty Webb has passed away at 101. As one of the brilliant women of Bletchley Park, she helped pioneer the fields of cryptography and early computing.
Webb and her fellow codebreakers at Bletchley Park helped secure the Allied victory—and quietly changed the course of history.

In March, we attended @NVIDIAGTC in San Jose. Here are some of the ideas and themes that stood out from the conference:
▪️GPUs are poised to accelerate tasks across many domains (e.g., big data processing).
▪️Quantization and PEFT enable smaller LLMs to deliver strong performance with lower costs.
▪️LLMs-as-a-Judge and Reward-Model-as-a-Judge can improve LLM decision-making by evaluating model outputs and agent actions at every step.
There was also a lot of buzz about the latest developments in inferencing, reasoning models, and multi-model agentic systems. #GTC25
