@bcurlock I agree, the notion that they need “experienced” GM/HC that has won..that hasn’t worked for this franchise. Chiarelli, Holland, Bowman were SCW GM’s, a lot of their moves are/were suspect. We want someone for their future not their past.

@jimmathesonnhl The frustration began in the 2nd finals vs Florida. McDavid said they kept doing the same thing over and over again. This year was worse, constant line scrambling, unable to get consistency out of the team. The team needs change, the instability of HC before KK is a moot point

@JasonGregor @OilerAlert Yes, the oilers could’ve responded better to going down 2-1. But they wouldn’t have been in that situation in the first place if the refs called 1 of 2 blatant penalties. Oilers were very much in the game until falling apart after that. Refs played their part.
