@AskRapidKL, hi I would like to report bus route WPX 9781. Due to traffic, the bus driver decided to ignore the passengers that were waving to stop the bus at (Opp) Sunway Pyramid bus stop. The driver knew but decided to just drive off because of the Jam blocking the route.

@AskRapidKL No. As I said it drove too fast for me to notice. But the bus left the station at 16.40pm.

@AskRapidKL hi. I would highly appreciate if the bus route 652 can honk to signal the passenger that the bus is departing rather than just arrived and drove off fast, before anyone could react. I was sitting at the LRT AWAN Besar bus stop and that situation happened to me.

@AskRapidKL Yes I did. But the driver was driving too fast. Just for your information there is 2 sides of seating at the bus stop.

@AskRapidKL Thank you for replying. But seriously? That's what your team say last time when i asked about the delay of busses. Legitly just few days ago. Can you guys stop this thing and get your bus checked frequently? I can't be risking my Job and waste money on grab.

@AskRapidKL May i know what's with the delay? First the bus departed earlier than scheduled and now late arrival? And it is not once. Is frequently happening. I hope i get an explanation and not being ignore.

I am really sick and tired of RapidKL being inconvenience to the public. I have to wake up freaking early just to catch a bus and to find out the bus when off schedule. Now i have to either waste money on grab (not worth it) or be late for work. #RapidKL 😤😤
