I stumbled across this today, and I actually attended the ‘Did you know 1?’ event. My lasting memory was how friendly @AnthonyHopkins was at the event whilst serving barbecued food to the locals.
@chrismccausland Hi Chris. We are both well thanks. We booked tickets YONKS ago (well last April actually 😂). If you come to the area again I’ll get in touch beforehand. I hope the rest of the tour goes well. All best wishes.
@santanderukhelp - are there any issues you are aware of with online banking? I’ve added my normal login details but the account isn’t opening up. I’ve also tried closing the website, opening it up again, but the issue still remains.

@AmazonUK - can you update your ‘How was your delivery?’ options to include things like ‘It was just tossed by the front door’, and when the driver states ‘handed to resident’ when doorbell video footage shows that to be utter nonsense, how can that be flagged up?
Following the launch of Dr Judy Eaton's latest book, she was invited by The Psychologist magazine, to share the back story behind the book. The last sentence sums up the need for this article to be shared far and wide. @AutisticGirls_ @EastlandKate

@AmazonHelp That doesn’t appear to be an option. All I want to know is why it acceptable to just leave a package outside the front door, when my Amazon account shows ‘Parcel handed to resident’. Blatantly not accurate.
@AmazonUK - when is ‘The delivery driver didn’t ring the door bell, but just dumped the parcel by the front door!!’ going to be an option about why a customer isn’t happy with their delivery?
@AmazonHelp The link you provided simply takes me back to the original options - none of which are relevant. Leaving parcels outside the front door and driving off is not acceptable, particularly when your customer is at home.
