@TMIrelandHelp I just tried buying two tickets to jason marz on Presale. I had 3 opinions for seats, but when I tried purchasing any it said sorry, try a different seating option. Yet it would allow for me to purchase 3 plus seats on the same row. NoW I will most likely miss out.

Finally getting to reflect on last weekends #ironmanholland and that feeling of running up the red carpet. It was one of the most amazing experiences and left me wanting more. The heat got to many on the run course, but glad I could help this one person with cramps mid race....

What a great day yesterday spent with good friends at the bohermeen Half Marathon as always lots of laughs and support. As for the nephews, young lad he out ran me when I asked for my🏅 back....

Today's run was a test. Every part of the body and mind was saying skip it, so the idea was to do a cpl of k and see how we got on yes it felt crap but it allowed me to practice some NLP Neuro-linguistic programming) as every run or race can't be perfect so it's about the mindset

The @Innercityrun20 10k night run on Sunday. What a race running through the city after dark it just felt different and the energy of the people on the street stopping to watch near 400 people running was insane. Roll 9n next year....
