@TheBishF1@TheBishF1 sad to read that your taking a break; however I fully understand and abhor these individuals with such weak & poisonous behaviour. I’ll kiss your tweets.
I’ve always loved Twitter, & many #F1 fans have been kind enough to tell me that they enjoy my #OnThisDay posts, my hire car review videos etc. But sadly it’s become an increasingly vile cesspit of random unprovoked hate speech lately, as the New York Times reports today. (1/2)
Christian Horner is tarnishing F1. Red Bull broke the rules but Horner says criticism is affecting the mental health of the team. This is a blatant deflection technique but also trivialises the difficulties of people with real mental health problems

Brilliant onboard footage from today's birthday boy @MrDerekBell. Reminding me how much better the old Westfield Corner was compared to the modern chopped off version!
As expected @redbullracing's penalty is a reduction in aero testing. As champions they were due to get 70%, (relative to the mean of 100), and that has been cut by 10%, so they now have 63%. Hope that makes sense. Plus a $7m fine.
@tiff_tv@SkySportsF1@tedkravitz Such sensitivity from MV … seems out of character. PS: @tiff_tv when Horner wears his specs are we supposed to take him more seriously?!!
Christian Horner confirms that before the penalty was confirmed he asked Adrian Newey to speak to the Cost Cap Panel about how much of a hit an aero testing reduction would be.
#HappyBirthday Tiff Needell, 71. Famous for talking about cars as fast as he drives them, often sideways, he was quick in #F3, touring cars & sports cars, & entered 2 ’80 #F1 GPs in this sluggish Ensign, qualifying for one, Zolder. This is the one he didn’t qualify for, Monaco.
Dietrich Mateschitz did great things in F1, but ironically his death overshadowed that of Aleardo Buzzi. The Swiss took Marlboro into F1 in 1970, he funded more World Championships than Red Bull has had, not to mention dozens of young drivers. He should not be forgotten.
