Does Axis Bank not close accounts when a customer wants to close them? Weeks after submitting a closure request, repeated followup & escalations, no closure yet. Is this really the level of service Axis Bank provides to a Burgundy customer?

@drsangitareddy So true, whatever we learnt in school had use only in the exams at the year end, Life's lesson, problems and takeaways are totally different. School took care of the academic aspect, the practical aspects we dont know and keep getting jolted as and when the rubber hits the road
