🚨 Starmer is finally on his way out.
But changing the man at the top will not fix our country.
It's the same party, with the same failed ideas - and they'll cause the same damage.
We need to get Britain working again with @KemiBadenoch and the @Conservatives.
A HYDE street has been transformed into a scene of celebrations after neighbours shared a life-changing Postcode Lottery windfall.
One couple revealed the cash came after another memorable win helped create their dream engagement.
Lauren Conroy, 38, and partner Connor were among residents on SK14 4EQ who each won £47,619, after their postcode scooped a share of the lottery’s weekly Millionaire Street prize.
The win brought back memories of a previous £1,000 prize which helped the couple turn a planned beach proposal in Thailand into a romantic yacht trip.

I hope that people across Makerfield will vote for the truly local candidate who has a plan for Makerfield. Polls are open until 10pm. Vote Michael for Makerfield.
A message for every Reform voter and every councillor who worked hard to get elected: your own party doesn’t “give a rat ass” about you.
That’s the view from the top of Reform, not mine. Extraordinary.
What about the vast majority of women who only want women in the ‘women only’ spaces. And don’t forget the many men who also want women only spaces for their wives daughters and mums. What’s the matter with you @EmilyThornberry - Labour politicians are so out of touch!
For anyone who failed to understand Kemi’s message: Kemi didn’t say “yes”.
She said no deal before an election, no deal during an election, no deal after an election.
Hope that's cleared things up.
Today is the day that any notion of Reform being a right wing party died.
You cannot seriously be a party of free markets, capitalism and small government, and affiliated with public sector trade unions. This is the very cosy iron triangle of corporatism that Thatcher loathed.
Every life matters.
One law. One standard. For everyone.
This is about justice, for Henry, for his family and for all our children. They deserve better.
Go further. Instead of school food contracts being given to corporations who supply ultra processed food, more effort should be given to ensure local farm food supply to schools. A double win:
▪️More supply revenues to local farmers.
▪️Healthier diet for schoolchildren.
Today I have met Lucy, Mark and Katie, Henry Nowak’s mother, father and stepmother. Their courage is extraordinary.
They have endured the most appalling loss, it is a life sentence for them.
They have also faced the agonising decision to release the harrowing body-worn camera footage, knowing how painful it would be and how strongly people would react. They did so because they want truth, accountability and change.
They have asked that we work across political parties and religions to rebuild trust in the police. That trust has been broken because of what happened, and I agree with them on that.
We must also be prepared to examine, carefully and seriously, religious practices or exemptions that permit the carrying of dangerous weapons in public, and other activities that are not conducive to the public good. We also need to examine where the law needs to change.
Henry’s family do not want anger to tear communities apart. They are a family who have friends across faith and race, and so did Henry. His family want his memory to help bring our society together.
Everyone knows I have strong views about how we should deal with equality under the law. What the family agreed with me on is that we need to bring common sense back, and that is what we should all be fighting for.
I promised the family that we will work to ensure there is a positive legacy for Henry out of this tragedy.
That is my focus now.
15 men, convicted of 88 counts of rape, against one child.
This is a grim reminder that we still don't know the full extent of the grooming gangs.
We don't know how many perpetrators, or victims, are out there, or where gangs like these are still operating.
