Hi, I’m back again !
I have changed my handle from the private account I had previously, so residents in the Borough can find me and I am clear on my role here @RBKC
📣Many congratulations to the Conservative controlled Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea which has been named the most productive council in England by Impower💪💪💪
At @RBKC today with @TfL for their apprenticeship fair as part of @NationalAppren1 National Apprenticeship Week - big priority for @MayorofLondon helping people into good jobs and careers
Pleased to welcome the Secretary of State for Employment to our ever popular apprenticeship event, including our own W 11 Housing Management team providing employment and trading on the Lancaster West estate. #RBKC
Delighted to see our South Kensington Station included in the TfL Business Plan which following hard work, lobbying and the Council’s multi-million contribution, will now include the Piccadilly Line in step free access to ALL platforms @RBKC
Our Labour MPs in @RBKC have given up.
They can see the writing on the wall for their own next election and have rolled over, putting party loyalty ahead of their constituents.
Halving our homelessness grant is an absurd strategy.
The Met Office has issued a weather warning for heavy rain and strong winds tomorrow (Friday 14 November). Our teams have been working hard across the borough to clear leaves and gullies to help prevent flooding.

Cllr Elizabeth Campbell, @RBKC shared at our @londoncouncils fringe: Lime bikes are very popular, our residents like them. To deal with the discarded bike issue, we're fining Lime & impounding the bikes. They have to pay to collect them - I recommend that policy, it is working.
It's the final day of Notting Hill Carnival and our leader Cllr Elizabeth Campbell was out enjoying the festivities and the amazing costumes. Here's a short video message from Elizabeth.
I’d strongly encourage you to take part in the consultation to share your views on the proposed plans. The consultation is open until 17th September — you can respond here: Kensington W8 7RG - 012006 - Post Office - Citizen Space
Pleased to share that our campaign to keep a post office on Kensington High Street has been successful. The Post Office now plans to relocate just 100 yards from its current site, into the new Ryman store.
