Simiar difficulties in my patch. Time to get the agencies involved and owning their reponsibilities takes FAR too long. A revisit to the maintenance frequencies and who does whay for ditch clearence would be helpful.

@CllrCarrington @LincolnshireCC I agree, a vital new transport route. It needs to be carefully implemented (scheme of works) to ensure we do not cause local routes and rsidents to be undully distrubed during construction.
