What has gone so wrong with @AerLingus customer support? Flight cancelled in Jan, FINALLY received expenses for missed connection (22 hour delay) after 7 months of chasing and STILL no compensation as per RegEC 261/2004. 8 months on & No info, just closed cases #aerlingus 1/2
