@ThreeUKSupport I’m concerned that we don’t know where the SIM has been posted and whether we’ll get charged for whoever is using it now. We don’t know if they’ve stopped the SIM or not. And someone’s got our personal details too.
@ThreeUK We ordered a sim from you for our sons birthday. BIG present. It didn’t arrive. It’s been sent to the wrong address. You are now treating my husband as though he’s a thief asking for countless ID details (he has provided) but still no replacement SIM.
@ThreeUKSupport They have been very unhelpful. When my husband calls (from his three phone) they keep asking for more ID and he is on average on the phone for more than 30mins at a time. They can’t understand him (he’s UK born & bred with no accent) and he’s ready to close the account.
@TheAA_UK All the way through the process you haven’t been straight with him with an already stressful situation, customers need to be looked after (especially loyal customers). The gentleman who dropped the van off was reassuring & kind. The initial man 24 hours prior, was not.

@TheAA_UK The van got home at 9:30pm but what was distressing and stressful was the fact that you kept calling my husband with updates on the van being collected already, when he knew it hadn’t when the recovery vehicle called at 8pm to say he was loading it onto the van…
*VAN-GATE UPDATE* The van has still not been collected. It was reported broken down at 7:30pm on Sunday 7th August and has now arranged to be towed to our house. I am at home & it’s not here. It’s 4:30pm & @TheAA_UK said it will arrive at 8:50pm. It’s 19miles away…
However #VictoriaStation@NetworkRailVIC couldn’t have been more accommodating. Made sure his valuable kit was stored whilst he waited to meet his workmates. Also made sure he could make use of the facilities. He’s not slept & the van has still not been collected. @TheAA_UK
@TheAA_UK@NetworkRailVIC He went to LONDON in a cab and arrived at 4am. He arranged with you to leave the van with the keys in a safe place. They’ve arranged for the van to arrive back at our house but it’s still not here…it’s a very stressful situation
