@AubsCottam @Outlook @MicrosoftHelps Yeah I completely understand your frustration! Especially them not giving anyone any guidance on what to do! I would suggest leaving it alone for 24 hours, as I was constantly logging in and I think that was what was partly to blame stopping me getting in.

The verification process worked for me I got a code
You do a bot check and then you can reset your password
Might not work but something to try😅

@moway82 Hi, I did it on my phone. It only works for some people for some reason🙃 but others are able to reset their passwords on a laptop too, if it doesn’t work on your phone try a different browser on your laptop? If not @MicrosoftHelps might be able to help you further☺️

And then I could log back into my Mail app

@Outlook everyone try Firefox app on your phone but use data on your phone rather than wifi I managed to get in 5 mins ago after 3 days of no emails

I only had my phone number as a recovery which was annoying because it kept telling me to try a different method which only left me with the recovery form🤦🏼‍♀️ I left it 24 hours before trying what worked for me
