Bugün gündeme gelen kripto vergisi düzenlemesinde, “SPK’ya kayıtlı olmayan borsalardan gelen para girişinin gelir vergisine tabi tutulması” yatırımcıyı mağdur eder, parayı da yurt dışına iter. Bu yaklaşım kabul edilemez.

Yatırımcıların büyük kısmı zaten zararda. Gündelik harcamalar için yapılan para yatırma/çekme işlemlerini gelir gibi vergilemek, insanları el altı ticarete ve yabancı platformlara zorlar. Lütfen bu yanlıştan dönün.

Kripto yatırımcılarının büyük çoğunluğu hâlâ zarardayken, kripto sektörüne ek vergi yükü getirilmesini doğru bulmuyorum.

Bu karar küçük yatırımcıyı daha da zorlayacak, sermayenin yurt dışına çıkışını hızlandıracak ve kayıt dışı, merdiven altı çözümleri teşvik edecektir.

Daha sağduyulu ve sürdürülebilir bir düzenleme için bu kararın yeniden değerlendirilmesini bekliyorum.

To wrap things up, let’s layer some technical analysis over these two on-chain metrics for the full picture.

Analysis Summary: If the 2019-2020 on-chain fractal repeats, we could see Bitcoin hitting a new All-Time High (ATH) in 2026, with the 0.786 MVRV level serving as the most likely target for the cycle peak.

However, a break below $49k would completely invalidate this thesis. In that bearish scenario, the green zones highlighted in my MVRV analysis would become the primary long-term accumulation areas to watch.

This analysis compares the Bitcoin chart with the UTXO Profit % indicator. We’re seeing a striking resemblance between the 2019–2020 period and our current setup. In both cycles, the UTXO hit a fresh lower low while BTC was still carving out its bottom.

Essentially, UTXO Profit % has already dipped into a new bottom while Bitcoin held its ground.

As long as Bitcoin stays above the August 2024 low of $49k, the 2019 fractal is confirmed especially now that UTXO has already signaled a bottom.👇

Another key metric to watch is the UTXO Profit Percentage.

Essentially, this on-chain metric tracks the percentage of the current Bitcoin supply that is "in the money"—meaning it was last moved when prices were lower than they are today.

A low percentage often signals a bear market bottom, as it shows that the vast majority of holders are currently sitting on a loss.👇

This analysis shows the Bitcoin MVRV ratio up top with the BTC price chart below. The red dots mark the 0.786 Fibonacci MVRV level—a zone that has consistently signaled cycle peaks since 2014.

What’s interesting about this cycle is that we’ve seen a pullback without actually hitting that 0.786 level. Is this a first? Not even close.

We saw a nearly identical pattern in 2019: following a sharp correction, the price reversed before touching the green "buy" zone, rallied straight to the 0.786 level for a peak, and then the pandemic crash hit.

So, the big question is: Are we following the 2019 playbook for a run toward 0.786, or is the bear market just getting started, with a drop to the green trend zone next? 👇
