Note on PROPAGANDA

A DIFFERENCE between propaganda in repressive dictatorships like Russia & China, as opposed to UK, is that citizens of Russia & China are ALERT to propaganda whereas in UK it is more likely citizens will not even realise it is propaganda and simply believe it
