@fepblue What will it take to get someone @fepblue to help? I’ve called, talked to customer service reps, and emailed via the portal but still haven’t been able to expedite approval for treatment that was previously already approved.
@GE_Appliances Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, another missed day of work to meet the technician. Let’s hope all my sweeping and vacuuming of the shattered glass is enough and my kids don’t step on a piece that I may have missed. @brayandscarff
@fepblue @AllianceRxWP looks like I’m among a very long list of very angry customers that failed to receive time sensitive medication. @fepblue@BCBSAssociation review the number of apologies from AllianceRx on this platform. This is your preferred specialty provider?
@AllianceRxWP @AllianceRxWP @fepblue do you have children? What would you do if medication for your child was delayed? The offer to help is appreciated but also meaningless since I still have no idea when the medication will arrive.
@fepblue@fepblue I’ve called and I’ve emailed. I hope other members have less problems dealing with FEPblue’s Preferred provider @AllianceRxWP. Failure to deliver time sensitive medication is unacceptable.
@AllianceRxWP @AllianceRxWP go ahead and review. It doesn’t change the fact that time sensitive medication was not delivered on time. This has been the worst experience with any pharmacy and I will continue to share this feedback broadly. I hold @fepblue accountable for choosing AllianceRx
