@giffgaff at 15.11 today i got a text to say my credit had dropped to £0.00. I logged in and still had £10 credit and 2 days left goodybag. It refreshed 2 minutes later and I had £0 and no goodybag. Giffgaff have somehow deleted my money and "ask an agent" gave no reply! Pls help
