This is a cyclist using his knowledge of physics and aerodynamics to gain a competitive advantage
Michael Guerra unclips from his pedals, lies down on the seat and stretches out his legs to achieve ultimate aerodynamic efficiency.
@mjrowland68 I think the issue is that for the last 9 years you didn’t seem to be very concerned about hearing from the opposition nor hold the previous govt to account. The hypocrisy is breathtaking and many of us have had enough. We want our balanced ABC back!
@AGavrielatos Less than 1 year. Mid career change. Not going back. Earning approx $15/hour when most work accounted for. And then there’s the student behaviour (high school). Until you’ve done it you actually have no idea what it’s like.
@BecWest81 Enter as learning support and get paid doing it. You get to observe exp teachers, learn content & get paid. I was completely Ill-equipped to teach in a class after a M Teach. Not to mention broke after 11 weeks of free full time labour. Won’t last the year.
Melbourne Girls Grammar buys historic Punt Road mansion for $8M while receiving public funding of $9M and $30M in parent fees or over $30K a year. Time to stop funding any school that charges fees over the Schooling Resource Standard of $15665 https://t.co/tneBDQyzgF
@QandA@abcnews Please may I ask whether the @QandA team monitor their socials? I like many others watched QandA religiously however what on earth is happening? So much rich choice for the most pressing issues we face. Eric Abetz??? Really? The straw that broke this camel
I just went to "Royal" National Park. I saw a beautiful rainforest creek choking with black coal sludge. Mining giant Peabody Coal's Mine is responsible for this. Peabody must held to account. This should be a living creek with Playful Platypus, not Peabody's Pollution.
Barnaby Joyce racked up $675K in expenses in 21 days as drought envoy. He says he sent texts to PM Scott Morrison who blocks FOI requests & refuses to hand over phone records.
Retweet if you want a forensic audit & a police investigation with all documents made public. #auspol
@bjh77bradley Nope. Have done more that the country has needed in the last couple of months than the last who knows how many years of prev lot. You think they’re acting like opp because they keep sharing the dirt & rot of the past mob whenever they find it?
@mjrowland68@BreakfastNews How much did the app cost & which co. developed it? Did they have ties to the LNP? As funders of the app we taxpayers have a right to know. I rather suspect this too shall lead to yet another rort given the $21M price tag. Is this correct @ABCFactCheck?
@asteroidproject As a new teacher it’s been life saving to have a bank of resources & plans shared by my school so I could focus on the content & kids. All of it could be adapted, it was a starting point. I think this will be helpful but not in lieu of planning time.
This is not “the new normal”. The climate crisis will continue to escalate and get worse as long as we stick our heads in the sand and prioritise profit and greed over people and planet. We are still sleepwalking towards the edge.
Peter Dutton, June: I'm hoping to show the Australian public my softer more sensitive side, which I rarely got to show in my other roles.
Peter Dutton in July: We're going after teachers, and we will be relentless. They are one of the main dangers in our society.
