→ Failed his bodybuilding show and blamed the tanning company
→ Blamed his love handles on “1-in-a-billion” genetics
→ Ate fucking cereal during contest prep
→ Claimed “sleep does more than anabolics”
→ Said he’s bigger than Mike Mentzer

And then there's the training.

His own workouts don't hold to his own standards.

He can't properly target muscles.

He recommends people train with RIR.

But can't accurately judge it in himself or anyone else.

His advice on "perfect form" and "maximal stretch" is a recipe for disaster.

You'll forever stay weak.

It's a pattern.

Excuses and bad advice hiding behind cherry-picked studies and a piece of paper.

But this is bigger than just Mike.

The fitness industry is full of "science based" Gurus.

They sell you complexity to hide their incompetence.

Stop listening to credentials and start looking at the proof.

Is their advice logical? (40+ sets per week isn’t.)

Has it worked in the real world?

Does it work for your situation?

Do they look like the outcome they promise?

Yapping is one thing. Results are another.
