Staff from Clover Ward were shortlisted for star awards but we had many more nominations. All of the nominations were amazing and we’d like to thank everyone who contributed. Out of the 3 we were nominated for we won the IRIS award.

Clover MBU welcomed a Consultant Perinatal Psychiatrist & Clinical Lead from Ireland. They came to find out more about our service & gather information to support their plans to establish the first MBU in Ireland.

We held the last session of our Compassionate Mind Group focusing on developing skills to bring online the soothing system. We practiced tuning into our compassionate image to enhance self-talk. Try these 4 steps to take a different perspective when your inner critic is dominant

My name is Hazel and I am the Activities Co-ordinator on Clover MBU. I feel passionate about working with women experiencing perinatal mental illness. I particularly enjoy facilitating different groups, ie. Community meal & Mother and baby groups with the Child Care Practitioners
