A few months ago we launched the integrated operations centre bringing key partners together into one space, enabled by digital solutions, providing real time data to our teams 24/7. we are already seeing improvements in a number of key areas. #goodtimesahead
@_LeeBrooks Good on you and the team for giving something a go! Every pilot has successes and failures, but it is so important that we try new ways of working. Am sure the feedback from staff will be invaluable. I look forward to seeing the outcomes.

Difficult to combine £ given the 2 distinct regulators, both with different requirements to maintain professional registration.. added to how does the individual maintain both skill sets...
@Se_Railway Er no.... you have already taken funds for a ticket... not paying for a second and then waiting for refund... this approach of course assumes people have spare cash to do this. Can a ticket office load it onto the card?
@Se_Railway Thanks. I already know this update from having to call customer service. The bit of my message you have missed is the request for proactive communication when the issue is fixed... do you think you could post a tweet to all followers when it is fixed so that people know?
@Se_Railway assume "the key" is down? Before you reply with "clear cache/call customer service" do you think you could tweet when it is fixed? Or put something on your app / web so customers don't waste a day trying random things & calling an unhelpful customer service team?
Finding new ways of meeting demand is a challenge, maximising impact of workforce without burnout is key - I'm so proud, this week one of these plans has arrived & is in the final part of set up. Looking forward to seeing the impact of virtual UTC / ED. @shoulders999@sm_habeeb

Nearly ready to go! This week we will be launching our rapid assessment and treatment area at Eastbourne @ESHTNHS, focusing on reducing @SECAmbulance handover delays, improving time to assessment and improving facilities for our staff and patients.
Had the absolute pleasure of meeting these oversea nurses joining @ESHTNHS @edgh_ed @ed_esht & sharing an amazing home cooked meal with them celebrating not only the end of their bootcamp but the start of their UK adventure. Thanks to @josiegray7 and our amazing education team.
