Senate Dems should vote for $5.7 Billion Senate bill. House should send back a $3 Billion wall funding bill. Republicans will probably go for it, feel pressure, and open the gov't. Coast Guard not getting paid is PR nightmare. Dems are playing with fire while Gov't is shutdown.
