NEVER BOOK @airasia @AVA_airasia @AirAsiaFilipino @AirAsiaIndian. I did a complaint on the 13th March 2020 and a year later no solution. They say payment is done but don't want to send the bank proof and I haven't received the money! Please help!!!

NEVER BOOK-51 weeks waiting for refund, you tell me refund was made in August to check with my bank and you don't want to provide me a proof! I NEVER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. I talk to AVA, FellowStar,Email, and everything is usless and never receive answers! @airasia @AVA_airasia

Could you please explain me what has happened ?
I am waiting since March 2020 and you told me on the 14th and 26th November (see email attached) I would receive the money in 30-45 days. Today we are at day 48 and no money in the bank and status closed.
