๐จ๐ณ I've been collecting kits for 20 years, and this might just be the highlight.
As part of my trip to Guangzhou, I was invited to visit Chinese brand UCAN, one of my favourite kit suppliers, to film an ad! ๐ฅฒ
Let's check out their work, explore the office & meet the team๐งต
@MattDRFCshirts Inspired by one of the two DRFC shirts I own.... didn't think much of the original at the time but with the passage of time it's become very emblematic of the 00's. Great effort by Oxen to bring it into the 2020's.
@ncfctomm It definitely makes sense if you can attend away matches, but for folk like me who sadly don't have the chance, it really feels like being left out in the cold. Nonetheless, it must have been a success last year considering they're doing it again this season.
It pains me to be critical, but Norwich are locking this shirt behind a ยฃ99 paywall by including it with a membership that is largely useless for so many fans that don't live near Norwich.
I know they're within their rights, but just sell it separately as a 4th shirt #OTBC#NCFC
Memberships are now liveย for the 2026/27 seasonย ๐

@SallyJones143@humanmale1984 I'm foreign and don't see the benefit of paying this much for 'the best chance'. Never been a member and never had trouble attending.
Shirts are expensive enough without gatekeeping them like this. I understand why they do it, but it's anti-consumer.
@SallyJones143@humanmale1984 It's only useful if you live in Britain and near a Championship ground. I can imagine many fans don't satisfy both criteria, at which point the membership fee is really just for the shirt.
I really do understand why the club does it, but this is not an equitable way of doing it
@NovahSMG@knockemdownes I'm hoping it looks better IRL but it probably won't. Last year's looked bad in the promo, downright awful in the flesh ๐ตโ๐ซ
@humanmale1984 I understand why they do it, but it leaves a bitter taste, doesn't? I imagine that for most people who want it, it just doesn't make sense due to season ticket, living far away, etc.
@knockemdownes The membership doesn't offer anything else I can or want to use, so I'll grab the shirt second-hand if it ever gets listed somewhere cheap enough.
@deeppaann As much as it doesn't make sense to have a team called Tanjong Pagar playing in Jurong, it'd be a real shame to lose a name + logo with such history. I hope they stick with it and build on what they have, rather than start from scratch.
@aearland14ncfc I've got nearly the whole lot, but begrudgingly so. First two home shirts were great, but we've now had three awful ones in a row. Would love hummel or Kappa, honestly.
