An exceptional session took place today, with several technical variations on the ground and in the standing position. Our advisor recalled the importance of judo values and the exemplary behavior of judoka in the community, stressing that judo continues far beyond the tatami.

The session focused on the judoka’s posture on the tatami, the respectful practice of greetings, the importance of personal and uniform cleanliness, the proper tying of the belt, and while also emphasizing gender balance and equal participation between male and female judokas.
