@FirstWestYorks Buses are supposed to be every 15 min. 3 will turn up at once than you have to wait another hour for another 2 to turn up at once. App shows these #ghostbuses disappearing constantly. There have been local petitions about this service so why is this happening on a daily basis?
@FirstWestYorks Yes that sounds about right. The two buses due beforehand didn’t show. There was actually a small child having to sit in the luggage carrier.
@FirstWestYorks can you explain why the 576 has completely avoided all the stops on Great Horton road while I have been standing in a huge queue for over half an hour??
@FirstWestYorks Thankyou but this seems to be an anonymous survey. How to I make my complaint heard and a response given? I understand that the works in the city centre are causing disruption but there seems to be no communication between your driver to try and spread the service out a bit.
@FirstWestYorks Can you point me where I need to complain as your online form is unavailable? The 576 in Bradford is diabolical and I and many others need to be heard!
@FirstWestYorks Turns out the 576 doesn’t stop here anymore despite being in your departure list and in the tracker and on the board at the stop. After an hour and a half of waiting had to pay for a taxi I can’t afford. Please log that.
