@santanderukhelp Thank you. This is escalating to serious proportions now. To be impacting someone’s cancer care when I made it clear last week how urgent this was.
I don’t have time to explain this over again to some poor frontline team, which I have to do every time I pick up the phone.

@santanderuk your POA system has failed not once but twice. The stress and hassle for me at this time is unacceptable. I was told it was a mistake. Well mistakes don’t happen twice. That’s a systemic failure in your systems. Please sort it out @MartinSLewis

@horseandhound This is great news. I was horrified at HOYs to see ponies been whipped on their behind after refusals multiple times by multiple jockeys. Yes they were teenagers but this should not have been allowed as the kids sat around us thought the pony had let the rider down. Good news 🫶🏻
